This sets out the policies for a new development, known as the Bury North Eastern Development, for about 1250 new homes in South East corner of Great Barton Parish, north of the railway line, between the A143 and Cattishall.
Pages 88-90 sets out specific policies for the development of the Triangle, the area of farmland bounded by the A143, School Road and Mill Road.
This sets out the masterplan for the Bury North Eastern Development and has been produced by the Berkeley Homes Group. It has been approved by St Edmundsbury Council.
